Built with over 50 years experience, the Caribbean 2700 Flybridge Pro Fisherman is the latest incarnation of one of the most iconic blue-water boats in Australia

First conceived as the Bertram 25, this hull has stood the test of time, going through several regeneration’s before settling into its place in the Caribbean range as the 27.  ‘Joanna’, the very first Caribbean 2700 Flybridge Pro Fisherman is a stunning example with unmatched performance, with an owner looking to tick all the boxes.

The uncluttered open cockpit has been designed with both fishing and entertaining in mind. Fold down the removable rear lounge and you’ve got a huge open space with nothing to trip on as you move around the Marine Deck covered space. With 550L fuel capacity along with an additional 160L fresh water tank all tucked away neatly, there’s still ample underfloor storage, while large side pockets and storage under the incorporated sink unit offers even more storage solutions. We modified the standard fibreglass icebox on the starboard side to become a 12v fridge, while at the rear, a fully plumbed, moulded bait tank sits on one side and a transom door on the other, leading to boarding platforms at the rear.

The spacious open saloon also featuring Marine Deck, offers two large lounges, one incorporating a dinette, with an abundance of storage space available. The enclosed V-berth can sleep two people comfortably and also houses the marine toilet.

Head up the ladder to find the Marine Deck continuing behind the protection of the three sided flybridge clears. The owner also opted for a custom dash and windscreen covers to match with the cockpit storm cover, and there’s of course, rocket launchers nestled behind the drivers bench seat.

With a dash offering plenty of space, the Raymarine electronics comprising of 2 12” Axiom Pro displays fit perfectly, paired with CP470 sounder module, twin 1kw tilted element transducers in high and low frequencies, and controls for the auto pilot and VHF radio.

Of course, it’s hard to miss the two Suzuki 250hp four stroke outboards sitting at the rear, or the game poles, but here’s a few other facts and features:
